Be Babies Be Kids – A recycled and repurposed eco-friendly store for babies and kids launches at Epworth’s Arts & Crafts Fair tomorrow.

Kristen Howard, resident of Candler Park and mom to three has started her long time dream of owning her own retail store.  Having graduated from East Carolina University with a BS in Apparel Merchandising, retail is in her blood!  Be Babies Be Kids (*Recycled*Loved*Repurposed*Green)  is a recycled and repurposed eco friendly store for babies and kids.

To get things moving she will showcase some of her own crafts at Epworth United Methodist's Arts & Crafts sale this Saturday, Dec 2nd from 9-4 in Candler Park.

"My crafted items include appliqued onesies with matching burp cloths, teethers and tooth fairy pillows, with a few other fun items thrown in.  I will also present a multi-purpose cleaning product Be Kissed by Cleanliness, that is family and eco friendly and works fantastically!  This is the first in a series of cleaners.  Ultimately my store will house crafts for babies and kids by other artists, repurposed clothing and must-have items you don't see everywhere. The intent is to be affordable, different and repurposed or green in every way!"

Support local artists and please visit Kristen and many more artists at the Arts & Crafts fair Saturday!
